How we handle information you send us.

Information you provide

When you submit a service request, customer service message or business document request, you may provide your name, business name, contact details, service address, furniture description, photographs, purchase information, warranty or work order details, and requested COI or W-9 details. We receive other information you choose to send by email or phone. Please provide only the details needed for your request.

Purpose and confidentiality

MOBILE-TECH FCAR LLC treats submitted personal and business information as confidential. We use it to respond to inquiries, check service availability, coordinate and perform requested work, handle business document requests, communicate with you and maintain appropriate service and business records. We do not sell, rent or trade submitted information or provide it to third parties for their own advertising or lead generation.

Storage and retention

Website form submissions are sent through our hosting provider to our designated email account. Messages may remain in email, provider backups and related business or service records. The forms in this site package do not create a customer account or store submissions in a dedicated website database. We retain information as reasonably needed for the request, service administration, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and applicable legal, tax or insurance obligations, and dispose of it when no longer needed. Routine website server logs may be retained by the host.

Limited sharing

Relevant information may be made available to MOBILE-TECH personnel and assigned technicians or service partners, the retailer, manufacturer or warranty administrator involved in your service, an insurer or authorized agent handling a document request, and providers supporting website hosting, email or recordkeeping. We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or property. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably needed for the purpose.

Website operation and security

The forms use a hidden spam-check field. This site package does not add advertising trackers or analytics software, although hosting providers may maintain standard server logs. We take reasonable steps to limit access to submitted information; no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, your own tax identification numbers or sensitive identity documents through the forms or ordinary email.
